We were so excited to meet and snuggle this sweet little girl. She slept so well and looked great modeling some of our new props. We tried some new ideas and she made it look easy! She brought her big brother along and he was so patient with us and so good with her. We are looking forward to their family session later this summer!
Grand Canyon National Park
Last week I took advantage of the cooler temperatures in Northern Arizona and headed 3 hours north to Grand Canyon National Park. It was a quick overnight trip but I was able to capture a beautiful sunset, camp on the edge of the canyon, create some fun time-lapse videos, and of course, photograph the stars. It was the ideal time for star photography at the Grand Canyon because there was zero light pollution, clear skies, and a new moon phase just beginning. My favorite photo from the trip would be the star trail over the Desert View Watchtower. This was a photo stack of nearly 75 photos. I will be blogging soon about tips for creating milky way and star images!
