We were so honored when Erin's cousin Katie asked us to photograph her wedding. Katie and Joel decided on a 4th of July wedding at Christ Lutheran Church in Cambridge, MN with the reception at Majestic Oaks Golf Club in Andover. We love shooting at new venues, especially when it gives us an excuse to get out of Phoenix and head back to the midwest. The happy couple chose not to see each other before the ceremony but still wanted to spend a quiet moment together. The golf club had a beautiful pond with a white picket fenced bridge leading out to a weeping willow tree-so picturesque! Joel is an avid golfer, so we had to have a few fun action shots with him and his brothers. Their wedding day was filled with lots of love, laughter and an amazing choreographed Father/Daughter dance. We stole the wonderful couple away after dark for some fun sparkler photos-the perfect way to celebrate their wedding and the holiday.
