Tristen + Scott - A Boojum Tree Hidden Garden Wedding

From the first meeting we had with Scott and Tristen, I knew it was a perfect fit. They met for the first time at a Dierks Bentley concert in Scottsdale and of course, I was there because Dierks is my favorite. Scott also works for a photo printing company and they were looking for photographers that specialized in using off camera lighting to create dramatic images. That's us! We immediately clicked and the planning began.

We were anxiously waiting for this wedding and what a perfect Arizona spring day we had! It was our first wedding to kick off the season and was at the beautiful Boojum Tree Hidden Garden venue in Phoenix. If you've never been there, it is definitely a hidden treasure. It has a very rustic feel surrounded by colored walls, textures, and a tropical landscape. The venue, details, and decorations created an awesome backdrop for our photos. Scott and Tristen were an amazing couple to photograph as well as their family and guests. We wish them a life time of happiness :)

Engagement Session Part One: Lockett Meadow

This is by far one of my favorite sessions. The Aspen trees up in Flagstaff were a brilliant yellow and the meadow is a truly beautiful place.

The couple and the colors were more than amazing. Her dress accented the landscape perfectly and they looked so good together in front of the camera.

We are excited to meet them in Sedona for the second part of their engagement session: rock climbing on Bell Rock!
